Stop UBC Animal Research and Battery-cage Rescues
We also speak with Laura-Leah Shaw, an important voice for the animal rights group, Stop UBC Animal Research. Stop UBC works to spread awareness, in an effort to end the cruel animal research that takes place at our own University of British Columbia. Laura-Leah also shares with us some information about her adoptive hens, that were rescued from battery cages, and share some more information about this process.
